Chess is a huge topic just like philosophy. But learning how to play chess is easy. Once you dive into the world of chess, you’ll notice an enormous amount of theories, strategies and tactics that appear one after the other. A kid can learn some of it. Teaching everything at once makes him/her runaway from chess. A small advice to coaches or parents who would like to teach their kids is to go slow. Slower the better. Once they get into the phase of learning fast, you can stuff in too much at once in their mind. They will take it.
We generally encounter three kinds of students.
1. Beginner
2. Intermediate
3. Advanced
It’s always good to divide your teaching material, according to the levels. You can call it anything. I call it in levels. Level 1, 2 and 3. Let’s discuss more on these levels.
1. Level 1
2. Level 2
3. Level 3
